Starting In November the Eagle Eye, TAHS newspaper went online. The Eagle Eye editors are in charge of editing the stories that go on the blog.
“I post finished stories on the Eagle Eye newspaper blog,” Stephanie Hammond, reporter, said.
The reasoning for the new version of the Eagle Eye newspaper is because it is easier to update a blog versus the time consuming process of formatting, publishing, printing and distributing the material.
“It is an easier way to look at the stories and people can post comments about the stories” Hammond said.
“The newspaper is still being tweaked,” Ms Dobrowolsky, newspaper director, said
“In the old days, we might send to the printer that took two weeks to get back,” Dobrowolsky said. Now anyone can access the newspaper by going to TASD web page, clicking news tab, clicking
Eagle Eye then click read Eagle Eye online. You can also add the RSS feed and have it sent to your smart phone as well.
