Song of the week

I am starting this column because I have an obsession with music. I love it. Every minute of every day I am either singing or have a song stuck in my head. Music is my escape from reality.

I am always giving people songs to listen to. I pick the songs sometimes based on their personalities, sometimes it’s based on how they are feeling that day or sometimes just because I think they will like that particular song.

Chances are that if you know me I will have recommended a song to you at some point or another.

“Singin’ in the Rain/ Umbrella (mash-up)” by The Glee Cast

I chose this song for this week because I love how Glee took the main song from the classic musical, “Singin’ in the Rain” and mashed together with the modern day song, “Umbrella” by Rihanna.
