A: Mr. Eckberg.
Q: What subject are you teaching?
A: Counseling.
Q: What college do you attend?
A: Penn State, University Park.
Q: What are you majoring in?
A: School counseling.
Q: When are you graduating?
A: May 2012.
Q: Why did you choose to become a teacher?
A: To work with students and to see myself making a difference.
Q: Did you get to choose to student teach at Tyrone?
A: No my professor chose Tyrone for me.
Q: Do you enjoy teaching here? Why?
A: Yes, I like the people and students and it’s a nice atmosphere.
Q: Would you work at Tyrone if you got the chance? Why or why not?
A: Yes, for the same reason I enjoy teaching here.
Q: What is your favorite part of the day? Why?
A: Having one on one interaction.
Q: What is your least favorite part of the day? Why?
A: Having to do office work.
Q: What inspired you to become a teacher?
A: My desire to help people.
Q: Where did you graduate from high school?
A: Eastern Lebonon County.
Q: Did you play any sports in high school? If so what?
A: No sports, but I was in the choral program.

A: I play the piano and like to do anything art related.

A: Math.

A: “Inception.”

A: Anything but country.

A: Fruit.
